Attilio Faroppa Audrino (Mendrisio, Svizzera 1952). Dopo aver vissuto nel natio Ticino, fra Chiasso e Lugano, ma anche a Zurigo, Ginevra e brevemente a New York, lasciata la professione nel campo finanziario, nel 1989 si trasferisce a Roma, vi apre la galleria ExAnte dove si occupa di design (mobili, complementi d’arredo e gioielli), arti decorative e pittura fino al 2011, anche come creativo e organizzatore di eventi. Suoi lavori di vario genere sono stati esposti, oltre che a Roma in Svizzera, Germania, Francia, Svezia e negli Stati Uniti. Ama scrivere. Segno particolare: l’eclettismo. Vive ad Amelia.

a series of panel paintings which form a contemporary decorative frieze that runs between the two levels of arched gallery in the castello di Alviano.

Attilio Faroppa Audrino (Mendrisio, Svizzerland 1952). Having lived in his hometown Ticino, between Chiasso and Lugano, but also in Zurich, Geneva and for a brief period in New York, Attillio quits his job in the business of financing and, in 1989, moves to Rome. Here he opens the gallery ExAnte where he dedicates himself to design (furniture, interior design objects and jewelry), decorative arts and painting, until 2011. In this period he is engaged in various creative activities and is also is organizing events. His work in different genres has been exposed, apart from Rome, in Switzerland, France, Sweden and the US. Attilio loves writing. His hallmark: eclecticism. He lives in Amelia ….
